Training focus: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic programming)

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic programming) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP principles have developed over the years and today provide many simple powerful methods for changing the way you think, feel and behave.

Today, NLP is widely used in business to improve man-management, sales, achievement of results, positive performance, inter-personal skills, develop rapport, confidence, focus and aid goal setting and realisation of those goals. In addition it can be utilised to aid the overcoming of anxieties, negative reactions, phobias and unwanted behaviour.

At NGP we aim to look after our team members as they are family. This which helps to ensure our business is effective in addition to a high level of team member engagement. The fact we have an onsite NLP Practitioner helps to ensure our family have as much support in both their work and private lives. These sessions can have a great impact on the people who receive them, here is one of our family members had to say!

“Back in April 2017 I went to Chris for assistance with my confidence issues. I was known as an up and down salesmen in the company that would always follow a good month with a bad month and that my confidence was easily reduced after a lost sale.

Chris taught me some techniques to ensure that my confidence improved and that I entered every close expecting to win it. Losing a sale no longer affects me negatively and I now simply move on to the next opportunity believing I will win that one instead.

I have gone from struggling to hit target to finishing second in the company for revenue last year and continually being in the top closers every month.

I hugely put this to what Chris helped me with as this was the turning point for me. If it wasn’t for my sessions with Chris I 100% believe I wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I did last year and what I will continue to achieve. ”

We take care of our family, by using innovative training techniques often unseen in our industry and indeed many others! If you would like to be a family member in an organisation that was voted the best place to work 2017, with a good reputation of developing excellence, get in touch at today!
