NGP People Present: Claire!!

We asked Claire about her time at NGP, to gain some insight into her career so far.

Why did you join NGP?

I joined NGP because I wanted to literally, as they say ‘live the dream’ and with NGP I knew that was more than possible from my first day in training.

Favourite aspect of your role?

I love my role, as a lead generator I get to talk to businesses about their daily routine and what they do, which is fantastic because I get to find out what the best way is to help them with their future energy contracts.

Word to describe yourself?

Determined

What is the culture like at NGP?

The culture is fantastic. Everybody works as a team, we win together, we lose together. At NGP hard work doesn’t go unseen, in fact it’s more than highly rewarded.

How did it differ from others in the industry?

I love working for NGP, as not only are we a family, but I have been given the resources to enable to reach my goals, which motivates me day in, day out.

What are you most likely to be caught saying?

‘eeeee’ ‘I’m owed LOA’s’

Thoughts on people unsure of joining NGP?

It’s the best decision you’ll ever make. It’s perfectly normal to feel scared, I did as it was the biggest change I ever made but I’m so glad I did. The only regret I have is that I wish I did it sooner.
